The 3051D Plant Photosynthesis Tester is used to measure plant photosynthesis. It can measure CO₂ concentration, leaf temperature, photosynthetic effective radiation, and leaf room temperature humidity. Through scientific calculation, leaf photosynthesis rate, leaf transpiration rate, intercellular CO₂ concentration, stomatal conductance, water use efficiency and other photosynthetic indicators can be obtained.

The plant photosynthesis tester is mainly used in agricultural and forestry, horticulture, microbiology, insects and other professional industries and scientific experiments.
