The 5XFZ-1.5 small type combined sorter mainly integrates a vertical wind sorter, vibration screener, and gravity selection multifunctional machine.
Based on the aerodynamic characteristics of the seeds, it adjusts the speed of the airflow in the wind sorter according to the different critical velocities of the material and light impurities. The lighter impurities are sucked into the dust collector for centralized discharge, and the better materials enter the vibration screen sizer after passing through the wind sorter. The vibrating screener is determined according to the geometric size characteristics of the seeds. Depending on the type and variety of seeds, different aperture sizes of sieve can be selected to discharge large impurities, small impurities, and selected products separately from the material (supporting products for two-layer and multi-layer screen boxes can be provided, and the cleaning and grading functions can be completed in one time). After wind sorting and screen sizing, the material enters the positive-pressure gravity table to remove impurities with lighter bulk density such as chaff, sprouts, insect infested particles, and moldy particles from the material.
The purity of product materials can be effectively improved after wind sorting, screen sizing, and gravity separating.
It can effectively remove light impurities by wind sorter, impurities with light bulk density by gravity separator, impurities with large and small size by vibration screener.Light impurities: Mainly including grain skin, grain husk, somestraw and dust, etc.
Bad seeds: Mainly including moth eaten, mildew, pathological changes, underdeveloped, poor grain and other bad seeds. Also some straw objects.
Large impurities: Mainly including impurities whose overall dimension is larger than that of rice seeds, such as some larger straws, soil blocks, etc.
Small impurities: Small rods, broken seed, sand and other small impurities.
The 5XFZ-1.5 Mini-type combination seed sorter is suitable for processing various crops and all granular materials. Especially for wheat, paddy, sorghum, maize, beans, vegetable seeds and other crops, the sorting effect is better.
This 5XFZ-1.5 seed sorter can be connected in series with other small equipment in our company (such as de-stoner, magnetic separator, polishing machine, grading machine, etc.) through bucket elevators to form a complete seed processing equipment line.
