Product Description

This series of products is mainly used for particle size classification and screening of granular dry materials. It adopts a perforated sieve surface design and reasonable vibration parameter adjustment, and has strong screening ability when the production rate is appropriate. This series of products has multiple specifications to choose from, with 2~ 8 layers of sieve plates. By replacing different specifications of sieve plates, various crop seeds can be screened and graded.
This series of products is suitable for cleaning and grading of rice, wheat, corn, beans, various grains, and traditional Chinese medicine. It can also be used for separating granular materials in industries such as food and chemical industry. It has the characteristics of simple structure, smooth operation, small size, light weight, low noise, low energy consumption, and good cleaning effect.

Structure Diagram

The vibrating screen is driven by dual vibration motors. When the two vibration motors rotate synchronously and counterclockwise, the excitation force generated by their eccentric blocks offsets each other in the direction perpendicular to the vibrating screen body, and is stacked together in the direction parallel to the body. Therefore, the motion trajectory of the screen machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of excitation force and material self gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and moves forward in a straight line, achieving the purpose of screening and grading the material.

Seed cleaning is that segment of the seed industry responsible for upgrading seed & improving planting condition of seed .This help in increasing the quality of the seeds hence ensuring increase in Farm productivity.

Q2:When should seed cleaning be carried out?
Ans: Seeds should be cleaned immediately after harvest. If the seeds are very moist and cleaning is done by machines, it may be necessary to dry the seeds within 12 - 16% moisture content before cleaning to prevent damage.

Ans:Cleaning should be done in a way that causes the least damage to the seed and does not waste good seeds.
